Several Locations Impacted Sept. 17-18 During Overnight Network Maintenance

PittNet Wi-Fi and wired network service will be impacted overnight from 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17 until 7 a.m. Friday, Sept. 18 in the Murdoch I Building and Plum Boro Primate Research Lab.

During these windows, users may experience one or more rolling outages per floor, typically lasting one to two hours. The team will monitor progress and post updates here if significant changes or delays occur.

This work is part of Pitt Digital's network modernization initiative that will install nearly 4,000 new Wi-Fi access points and upgrade wired network connections across the Pittsburgh campus. Learn more at https://digital.pitt.edu/wifi.
