The Pitt Worx system will be unavailable late Friday evening, June 27, from 10 to 11 p.m. while the vendor (Oracle) performs routine maintenance. The maintenance period was determined by the vendor.
The HCM Solutions Team has completed checks to ensure that the system is ready for the update and will be actively engaged with Oracle throughout the maintenance period. In the unlikely event of an issue, the HCM Solutions Team will work with the vendor to determine the cause and resolve the issue. If the outage period is extended, updates will be provided at https://status.pitt.edu/.
