Pitt Worx and Talent Center will be affected from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, while the Pitt Worx team makes changes to capture, update, and maintain new bargaining unit values.
Talent Center will be offline for the full window, and you may notice intermittent interruptions in Pitt Worx.
If you need to submit timecards for the week of Nov. 1–8, please do so before 5 a.m. or after 10 p.m. Saturday. As a reminder, timecards must be submitted and approved by noon Monday, Nov. 9.
The Pitt Worx team chose this window to minimize the impact on users. The HCM Solutions Team has confirmed the system is ready and will monitor it throughout the window. If the outage period is extended, updates will be provided at http://status.pitt.edu.
