In order to facilitate the processes which begin the closing of FY22 and the opening of FY23 within the PRISM system, it will be necessary to take the system offline according to the schedule below.

From: 5:30 p.m., Thursday, June 30, 2022
To: 6 a.m., Friday, July 1, 2022

Please exit the system prior to 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 30, 2022, and do not attempt to re-enter the system until after 6 a.m. on Friday, July 1, 2022. Your access will be terminated without notice at 5:30 p.m. on June 30, and all processes (printing, faxing, reporting, data entry, etc.) must be completed and saved prior to that time. Any data not saved or processes that are not completed by 5:30 p.m. Thursday, June 30, will be lost.

REMINDER:

As of July 1, 2022, if you are entering GL transactions for the JUN-22 period, you MUST change the default period from JUL-22 to JUN-22.
