Pitt Information Technology continually works closely with our vendor partner, Apogee, to resolve service interruptions and optimize MyResNet performance. As part of this process, Apogee has scheduled network maintenance on Thursday, Feb. 11, that will affect Amos Hall, Brackenridge Hall, Bruce Hall, Holland Hall, and McCormick Hall.

Beginning at 2:30 a.m. Thursday morning, MyResNet service will be unavailable for up to three hours in these buildings while maintenance is completed. The network will be returned to service earlier if work is completed ahead of schedule.

As a reminder, we encourage you to continue to report any Wi-Fi service interruptions or performance issues to the 24/7 IT Help Desk at 412-624-HELP (4357) so that they can take steps to resolve them.
