Digital Certificates Processing Unavailable June 6

Sectigo, the vendor providing Digital Certificates for the University, has scheduled maintenance on Saturday, June 6, from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, during which time new digital certificate requests cannot be processed.

If you have certificates expiring around June 6 or expect to need a new certificate, please submit requests to https://services.pitt.edu/TDClient/33/Portal/Requests/Service/66/Digital-Certificates/Request in advance to the Technology Help Desk for server certificates, or through Manage My Account at https://accounts.pitt.edu/ for personal certificates.

Existing, active certificates will not be affected.
