Rave Guardian, the provider for the University’s Emergency Notification Service/NotifyU text messaging platform, will conduct routine maintenance from 6 to 7 a.m. on Tuesday, April 27. The service will remain available in case an emergency message needs to be sent. However, administrative users should not otherwise schedule or attempt to send routine messages during this time.

The service provider recommends that users are logged out of the service during the maintenance period. Please be aware that messages previously scheduled for delivery during this time may experience delays in starting.

This routine maintenance is necessary to maintain the security, stability, and reliability of the Emergency Notification Service. Please contact the 24/7 IT Help Desk at 412 624-HELP (4357) if you have any questions regarding this announcement.
