TeamDynamix, which includes the University’s Services Portal and Knowledge Base at https://services.pitt.edu, will undergo maintenance on Saturday, Nov. 8, from midnight until 4 a.m. ET while the vendor (TeamDynamix) performs a system upgrade. The maintenance window was determined by the vendor.
Changes will be made to the TDNext application suite; the external customer-facing client portal will not be impacted. The TDX Client Portal, Service Catalog and Work Management are all expected to return to normal after 4 a.m.
Pitt Digital has performed testing for the upgrade and will be monitoring during the maintenance window. This maintenance will help to ensure high levels of availability, secure work environments, and continued reliability and stability of the system.
