PRISM, the University’s financial Enterprise Resource Planning system, will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes during emergency maintenance scheduled for 9 p.m. tonight.

This maintenance is necessary to fully resolve a residual issue from the March 23 maintenance period that affected some automated PRISM job processes on Sunday. Although PRISM access remains available, Pitt IT and the service provider are taking proactive steps to ensure that the underlying issue is addressed as quickly as possible.
