Scheduled

Perceptive Content (ImageNow), the University's document management system, will be unavailable this weekend during extended maintenance beginning Saturday, Nov. 15, at 9 p.m. until Monday, Nov. 17, at 7 a.m. ET.

Pitt Digital is undertaking maintenance to address recent system issues in collaboration with Hyland, our technology provider. The maintenance is crucial to ensure that the University's systems operate efficiently, securely, and remain up-to-date.

There will be no changes to the user interface, but users should save any work and log out of Perceptive Content before 9 p.m. on Saturday; otherwise, any changes made in the application since the last save may not be retained.

Pitt Digital has completed checks to ensure that the system is ready for the update and will be actively engaged throughout the maintenance period. In the unlikely event that an issue or problem arises, the system will revert to its original configuration and Pitt Digital will send an email notification as well as post an update to https://status.pitt.edu/. The system will be returned to service earlier if the maintenance work is completed ahead of schedule.

Please submit a ticket to the Technology Help Desk at https://digital.pitt.edu/helprequest or call +1-412-624-HELP (4357) if you experience any issues or have questions regarding this maintenance. This effort is being led by Jamie Craig, Pitt IT Enterprise Applications.
