TeamDynamix, which includes the University’s Services Portal and Knowledge Base at https://services.pitt.edu/, will experience delayed email messaging from midnight Friday, Sep. 5, to Saturday, Sep. 6, at 10 a.m. ET while the vendor (TeamDynamix) performs system maintenance. The maintenance window was determined by the vendor.
Email messages sent and received through Team Dynamix may be queued and their processing delayed during the maintenance window. Email messaging should return to normal after 10 a.m.
Email Monitors: Although unlikely, it may be possible for an email message in an Email Monitor’s inbox to be moved to the “TDX-Error” folder during the window. Users are advised to check this folder following the completion of the maintenance. Any unsuccessful messages can then be moved back into the Inbox folder for processing once the maintenance is complete.
This maintenance will help to ensure high levels of availability, secure work environments, and continued reliability and stability of the system.
