TeamDynamix, which includes the University's Services Portal and Knowledge Base at services.pitt.edu, will be temporarily unavailable overnight Saturday, May 16, from midnight to 4 a.m. (Friday night into Saturday morning), while the vendor performs an upgrade to version 12.2. The TDX Client Portal, Service Catalog, and Work Management are all expected to return to normal after 4 a.m.
Pitt Digital has performed testing for the upgrade and will be monitoring during the maintenance window. This maintenance supports the continued reliability, security, and availability of the system. In the unlikely event that an issue or problem arises, the systems will be reverted to the original configuration and an update posted to https://status.pitt.edu/. The system will be returned to service earlier if the maintenance work is completed ahead of schedule.
