Pitt IT continues to work with Qualtrics on a long-term solution to the issue affecting SMS distribution of surveys. Additional updates will be posted as information becomes available. All other Qualtrics features remain available.

Pitt IT is aware of an issue affecting SMS distribution of surveys created in the Online Survey System (Qualtrics). This issue does not affect the distribution of surveys via email. We are engaged with the service provider and working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.
