The vendor has resolved their issue that affected online scheduling at the Vaccination and Health Connection Hub earlier today. Full service has been restored. Pitt Digital continues to monitor service closely and will post any additional updates to status.pitt.edu.

Investigating

Pitt Digital is aware of a vendor issue that is affecting the ability of individuals to schedule new appointments through Health Sciences’ Vaccination and Health Connection Hub. The Hub is still able to serve individuals with existing appointments.

Pitt Digital is working with the vendor, Salesforce, to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Updates will be posted to status.pitt.edu as more information becomes available. No other Salesforce-related University services are affected by this issue.
