Cognos, the University’s tool for enterprise reporting and ad hoc data querying, will be unavailable during scheduled maintenance from 11 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 11, until 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 12. Users will not be able to access the Cognos web interface or reporting functionality while maintenance is in progress, and jobs scheduled to run during the maintenance period will not be completed.

Cognos will be returned to service earlier if work is completed ahead of schedule. This maintenance is necessary to maintain the stability and reliability of the service.
